Purchases policies

In EYÉNDIRAHERRERA.COM you can opt for the following shipping methods:

·      Shipping: Shipments are made through COORDINADORA to national territory and COORDINADORA INTERNACIONAL / DHL for international territory. The estimated delivery time is from 3-5 business days, which begins to be posted once the order figure dispatched from the warehouse. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays will be processed next business day. Order will be delivered Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Free shipping on Colombia for purchases exceeding $250,000 COP. For lower amounts and purchases in international territory, the value of the shipment will be indicated during your purchase, until the order is finished.

·      Withdraw the order in the store: The order can be withdrawn at the EYÉNDIRA HERRERA C.C Premium plaza, Store 2440, Medellin. The order will be ready to withdraw from the second business day, which begins to be taken into account once performed and verified your on-line shopping.

The withdrawal of the order must be on the licensee, presenting the original identify card or of a third with the authorization signed by the titular  and original identity card proving your identity.

Changes

EYÉNDIRA HERRERA S.A.S only accepts the change of their products, provided that items have not been used, washed or altered from its original state, have no odors and stains; and have their respective packaging and original tags hanging from it. Changes will be made for items of equal or greater value, and for this it is essential to present or send the invoice. Changes of clothing with discount are not supported. Changes are not swapped for bonds. No refunds.

It is important to take into account measures of each garment guide, which is in the section: MORE INFORMATION of each product, to prevent changes by size.

EYÉNDIRA HERRERA S.A.S reserves the right to reject changes made outside the deadline, or garments that do not have the specified conditions.

The costs of shipping by concept of changes will be assumed by the customer.


Procedure for changes:

Sends the item that you want to change within 20 calendar days after purchase to the following address; Cra 43rd Cll30, C.C Premium Plaza, Store 2440, Medellín-Colombia; in conjunction with the invoice of purchase and a letter where specify the code of the garment, carving and color which will complete the change and your personal information including name, mailing address and a telephone number where we can contact you in case of need.

Upon receipt of the garment, an advisor will contact you to confirm the availability of the garment you want and once confirmed the existence of the same aging will ship. The cost of shipping by concept of changes will be assumed by the customer.

Remember to keep in mind the change policies specified above, otherwise can’t be made that change.

Note: If you want to make the change directly in the store, you can also do it. Purchases made at the point of sale EYÉNDIRA HERRERA, can’t be changed through the www.eyendiraherrera.com online store.

Deadline for changes:

Purchases made in the online store: 20 days calendar from the date of purchase, which begin to be recorded once confirmed the transaction.

Purchases made in the store: 15 days calendar from the date of purchase.
